Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as expected, please contact us and we will help get it sorted.

Contact us first

If there is an issue with your order, email sales@holotradingco.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.

Return condition

Items should be returned unused, unopened where possible and in suitable condition. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved and received, refunds are processed back through the original payment method used at Shopify checkout.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can review it and arrange the next steps.

Changed your mind

If you change your mind, please contact us before sending anything back. Returned items must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.

Return postage

Return postage may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have made an error with the order.
